Sikta Patnaik, born on 24 August 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch, serving in the Andhra Pradesh cadre. She holds a graduate degree and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Delhi. Patnaik has held positions including Assistant Secretary and Sub Collector. Since 1 February 2023, she has been serving as the District Collector and Magistrate. She continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within her cadre.
