Siddharth Singh, an IAS officer of the 2005 batch from the Assam Meghalaya cadre, was born on 17/02/1980. He holds a B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. from Allahabad University. Currently serving as Commissioner & Secretary at the Medical Education & Research Departments, he previously worked as PD for the JICA Assisted Assam Health Infrastructure Strengthening Project. Fluent in English and Hindi, Singh has demonstrated his expertise and leadership in various administrative roles throughout his career.
