Siddharth Shankar Swain, born on 25 June 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a Graduate degree in Computer Science from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha. Currently, he serves as Director (Special Project) in the Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Department, Odisha, a position he has held since 22 July 2025. His previous roles include Collector & District Magistrate and Sub Collector. He is proficient in English, Oriya, and Odia. Mr. Swain continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
