Siddharth Kishore Dev Verman, born on December 1, 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch, Manipur cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and a bachelor's degree in English Literature from North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary to Government, Capacity Development Adviser, Joint Secretary, Director, Commissioner, Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Sub-Divisional Officer, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, and Secretary to the Governor.
