Siddharth Jain, born on March 9, 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2001 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree, having graduated from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, and completed postgraduate studies at Pune University. Currently, he serves as the Special Roll Observer for the Azamgarh, Gorakhpur, and Mirzapur divisions in Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since December 9, 2025. Siddharth is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to be in active service within the Indian Administrative Service.
