Sibi Chakravarthy M, born on 19 November 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, and an M.Sc. in Urban Studies from King's College London. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of the Madhya Pradesh Housing Development Corporation since 24 July 2025. His previous roles include Commissioner, Director, Deputy Secretary, Private Secretary to Minister of State, Collector & District Magistrate, Additional Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Sub Collector, Assistant Collector, and Secretary to the Chief Minister. He is proficient in English and Tamil.
