Shyamlal Bakhat, born on April 10, 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Additional District Magistrate, Director, Joint Secretary, Special Secretary, and Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary in the State Human Rights Commission from January 28, 2010, to April 30, 2012. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework of West Bengal before retiring from service.
