Additional Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department
Shyamji Sahay, born on July 4, 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities throughout his career, including District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Secretary, and Additional Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department. His tenure as Additional Secretary lasted from July 6, 2002, to July 31, 2003. Throughout his service, he contributed to the administrative framework of Bihar until his retirement.
