Shyam Manohar Srivastava, born on 15 November 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Administrator, Secretary Director, Special Secretary Director, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Divisional Commissioner at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, from 18 May 2007 to 30 November 2007. He also held the role of Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. Throughout his career, Srivastava contributed to the administration of Uttar Pradesh until his retirement.
