Shyam Lal Goojar, born on July 12, 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 Rajasthan cadre. He served as Director at the Department of Fisheries, Rajasthan, from September 23, 2019, to July 31, 2021. His past roles include Managing Director, District Collector and District Magistrate, Inspector General, and Member (Revenue). Throughout his career, he received several awards, including a Foreign Study Tour to South Korea, the 9th National Voters Day Award in 2019, and a state-level award.
