Shyam Deo Ram, born on January 3, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Bihar cadre. A graduate in Physics, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Additional District Magistrate, Additional Collector, Managing Director, Charge Officer, and Deputy Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from January 1, 1993, to January 1, 1995. Throughout his career, Ram contributed to administrative functions within the Bihar cadre before retiring from service.
