Shyam D Madan, born on August 4, 1933, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch, Rajasthan cadre. During his career, he served in the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment. His most recent designation was Additional Commissioner at Rajasthan, a position he held from July 1, 1990, to August 1, 1991. He has also served as an Under Secretary. Mr. Madan's tenure in the IAS reflects his commitment to public service within the Rajasthan cadre.
