Shurbir Singh, born on 16 December 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from PEC, Chandigarh. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Secretary, Director, Chairman, CEO, OSD to Minister of State, Additional CEO, Additional Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Chief Electoral Officer, and Managing Director. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, he is currently awaiting posting for Ladakh since 5 January 2026. Shurbir Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
