Shubhrant Kumar Shukla, born on January 1, 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Faizabad, an LL.B. from Lucknow University, and an M.A. in Public Policy and Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate and Collector of Etawah since April 15, 2025. Previously, he held the position of Special Secretary to the Honorable Chief Minister. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
