Shubhankar Pratyush Pathak, born on July 7, 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. Currently, he serves as the Additional Secretary at J&K in the Lieutenant Governor's Secretariat since February 11, 2026. His previous roles include Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Assistant Secretary, and Assistant Collector. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
