Shubhankar Pratyush Pathak, born on July 7, 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary at J&K in the Lieutenant Governor's Secretariat, a position he has held since February 11, 2026. Previously, he served as a Sub-Divisional Magistrate. Mr. Pathak continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
