Shubham Saxena, born on March 20, 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, and an M.A. in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of the Orissa State Civil Supplies Corporation (OSCSC) since April 2, 2022. His previous roles include Additional Commissioner, Chairman, Project Director, and Assistant Secretary. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Odia. Mr. Saxena continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
