Shubham Kundal, born on January 13, 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, serving in the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering. Currently, he is the ADM at North 24 Parganas, a position he has held since March 23, 2026. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary, Sub Divisional Officer, and ADM. Shubham is proficient in Hindi and Bengali. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
