Shubham Kumar, born on 14 February 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2021 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Bombay. Currently, he is the DDC-cum-CEO at Nalanda, Bihar, a position he has held since 12 January 2026. His past assignments include roles as Municipal Commissioner and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM). Shubham Kumar is presently serving in the Zila Parishad department.
