Shubham Gupta, born on November 8, 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Delhi, an M.A. in Public Administration from Jawaharlal Nehru University, and an LL.M. in Civil & Criminal Law from National Law University Delhi. His past roles include Municipal Commissioner, Assistant Collector and SDO, and Assistant Magistrate. Since April 23, 2025, he serves as Managing Director at the Western Maharashtra Development Municipal Corporation. He received the Director's Gold Medal for Excellence in non-Academic Activities during the IAS Professional Course Phase-II.
