Shubham Aggarwal, born on 26 January 1998, is a 2020 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Com Accountancy Honours degree from Delhi University. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Sub Divisional Officer, Officer On Special Duty, Assistant Collector and Magistrate. Since 27 October 2025, he has been serving as the Additional District Magistrate (ADM) at Birbhum, West Bengal. He is proficient in Hindi and Bengali. Currently, Shubham Aggarwal continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
