Shubha Sarma, born on April 20, 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 batch, Odisha cadre. She holds a graduate degree from Delhi University, an M.A. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, and an M.B.A. from Amity University. Currently, she serves as the Principal Secretary to the Government of Odisha in the Water Resources Department since February 6, 2026. She has previously held the position of Principal Secretary. Shubha Sarma is proficient in Assamese, English, French, Hindi, and Oriya. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
