Shruti Singh, born on May 9, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 Punjab cadre. She holds an LL.B. in Administrative Law from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, and B.A. and M.A. degrees from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary in the Information and Broadcasting Department at New Delhi since November 1, 2025. Her extensive career includes roles such as Administrative Secretary, Resident Commissioner, Secretary, Director, Managing Director, Special Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Joint Secretary, and Additional Collector. She is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
