Shruti, born on April 26, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. Throughout her career, she has served as Additional Chief Executive Officer, Additional Deputy Commissioner, and Deputy Commissioner. Currently, she is the District Magistrate and Collector at Bulandshahr, a position she has held since January 17, 2025. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Shruti continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
