Shrivastava, born on October 20, 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Maharashtra cadre. A graduate in Chemical Engineering, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Director, Private Secretary, Member, Secretary, CEO, and Secretary (Finance). His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the Home Department of Maharashtra. Throughout his career, Shrivastava contributed to the administration of the state government until his retirement.
