Dr. Shrikar Keshav Pardeshi, an IAS officer of the 2001 Maharashtra cadre batch, was born on August 9, 1973. He holds an M.B.B.S. from Johns Hopkins University, an M.P.H. from Harvard University, and an M.P.A. He has served in various capacities including Managing Director, Joint Secretary, Director, Deputy Secretary, Inspector General (Registration) & Superintendent of Stamps, Municipal Commissioner, District Collector, CEO, and Assistant Collector. Since July 13, 2022, he has been Secretary to the Deputy Chief Minister at Mumbai. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi and has received multiple awards from government departments and institutions.
