Shreyans Kumat, born on January 15, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay and a Master's in Public Management & Policy from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His past roles include Officer Trainee, Sub-Divisional Officer/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, and Chief Executive Officer. Since September 15, 2025, he has been serving as the CEO at District Panchayat, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. He is currently in service.
