Shivnath Singh, born on September 18, 1938, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Rajasthan cadre. During his service, he held the position of Deputy Secretary in the General Administration Department (Personnel) of Rajasthan from October 1, 1992, to September 30, 1996. His career in the IAS was marked by his commitment to administrative responsibilities within the state government.
