Shivjee Choupal, born on August 20, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 batch, Jharkhand cadre. He served in the IAS until his retirement, with his most recent designation being Joint Secretary from December 17, 2014, to August 20, 2017. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework of Jharkhand and the central government.
