Shivaraam, an IAS officer from the 1986 Karnataka cadre, was born on April 6, 1953. He holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in History. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities, including Regional Commissioner at Bangalore from September 2012 to April 2013. He also held the position of Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. His extensive service record includes roles such as Principal Secretary, Secretary, Managing Director, Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Registrar, Chief Executive Officer, Officer on Special Duty to Minister, Joint Secretary, General Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Assistant Commissioner. Shivaraam is now retired.
