Shivansh Awasthi, born on September 9, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, assigned to the Assam Meghalaya cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary at Meghalaya in the Chief Minister Secretariat, a position he has held since December 21, 2025. Prior to this role, he served as Deputy Commissioner. Shivansh Awasthi is actively engaged in his administrative duties within the state government.
