Shivansh Awasthi, born on September 9, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, assigned to the Assam Meghalaya cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary at Meghalaya in the Chief Minister Secretariat, a position he has held since December 21, 2025. Previously, he has held the post of Deputy Commissioner. Shivansh Awasthi continues to be in active service within the Indian Administrative Service.
