Shivani Goyal, born on September 11, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, Gujarat cadre. She holds a B.Com. (Hons) in Taxation from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Currently, she serves as the District Development Officer at Surat since January 30, 2024. Her previous roles include Director and Assistant Collector. Fluent in Gujarati, Shivani continues to contribute to public administration within her cadre.
