Shivanand Dubey, born on 22 October 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Additional Commissioner, Coordinator, Secretary, Special Commissioner, and Resident Commissioner. His most recent designation was Commissioner at Chambal, Madhya Pradesh, starting from 3 November 2012. He also held the position of Revenue Divisional Commissioner. Throughout his career, Dubey contributed to the administrative framework of Madhya Pradesh until his retirement.
