Shivam Chandra, born on January 6, 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, assigned to the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Additional District Magistrate and CEO in Kavaratti, Lakshadweep, a position he assumed on September 16, 2024. Shivam Chandra continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
