Shivakshi Dixit, born on April 1, 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi. Currently, she is the Municipal Commissioner at Bettiah Municipal Corporation, Bihar, a position she has held since January 12, 2026. Prior to this, she has served as Municipal Commissioner and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM). Ms. Dixit continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration and governance of Bihar.
