Shivakant Dwivedi, born on October 5, 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Allahabad. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Managing Director, On Waiting, District Magistrate, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Collector and District Magistrate, commencing on January 22, 2022.
