Shivaji Ram Parthihar, born on April 2, 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Rajasthan cadre batch. A graduate in English, he served in various capacities including Director, Additional Commissioner, CEO, and multiple tenures as District Collector and District Magistrate. His most recent posting was as District Collector and District Magistrate of Pali, Rajasthan, from June 25, 2005, to April 30, 2007. Throughout his career, he held several key administrative roles within the Rajasthan government before retiring from service.
