He served in the Finance Department and held the position of Special Secretary at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, starting from 1 January 2018. Prior to this, he also served as Special Secretary Director. Throughout his career, Mishra contributed to the administrative functions within his cadre until his retirement.
