Shiv Sahay Awasthi, born on 20 May 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. in Arts and an M.A. in Sociology from CSJM Kanpur. Currently, he is the District Magistrate and Collector at Pratapgarh, a position he assumed on 18 January 2025. Previously, he served as Special Secretary. Proficient in English and Hindi, Shiv Sahay Awasthi continues to contribute to the administration in Uttar Pradesh.
