Shiv Narayan Sharma, born on January 15, 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, serving in the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers from Delhi University. Currently, he is appointed as the Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate at Ananthapuramu, a position he has held since August 19, 2024. Mr. Sharma continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre.
