Shiv Narayan Rupla, born on November 3, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2000 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including multiple tenures as District Collector and as Deputy Secretary. His most recent position was District Collector of Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, from August 7, 2014, to November 30, 2017. Mr. Rupla’s service reflects extensive administrative experience within the Madhya Pradesh cadre.
