Shiv Nandan Ram, born on February 1, 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Development Commissioner, and Additional Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department from October 2, 2003, to January 31, 2005. Throughout his career, he contributed to administrative functions within the Bihar cadre until his retirement.
