Shiv Malviya, born on 26 February 2001, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2023 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Currently, he is the Sub-Collector at Anandpur, Keonjhar, Odisha, a position he has held since 24 July 2025. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Commissioner. Shiv Malviya is proficient in Odia and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
