Shiv Kumar, born on 22 January 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 batch from the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.A. and M.A. in Geography from Patna University and a B.Ed. in Geography from Sakaldiha P.G. College. Currently, he serves as Additional Secretary in the Department of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, New Delhi, since 6 August 2024.
