Shiv Kumar, an IAS officer of the 2008 batch from the AGMUT cadre, was born on 22/01/1978. He holds a B.A. in Geography from Patna University, a B.Ed. in Geography from Sakaldiha P.G. College, and an M.A. in Geography from Patna University. Currently serving as Additional Secretary at Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, he is proficient in English and Hindi.
