Shiv K Vijay, born on September 1, 1932, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 batch, Rajasthan cadre. During his service, he held the position of Deputy Secretary in the Department of Rural Development. His most recent assignment was as Deputy Secretary at Rajasthan from December 1, 1989, to August 1, 1990.
