Shiv Das Meena, born on October 5, 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in International Development Studies from Tokyo University. Throughout his career, Meena served in various capacities including Chief Secretary to Government, Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Joint Secretary, and District Collector. He also held multiple managing director and commissioner roles. Most recently, he was appointed Chairperson Secretary of the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority on August 19, 2024. His extensive service reflects a broad administrative experience within the Tamil Nadu government.
