Shiv Charan Arya, born on June 2, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Additional Collector, and Deputy Secretary. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary in the General Administration Department of Madhya Pradesh from March 25, 2005, to June 30, 2006. Throughout his career, Arya contributed to the administrative framework of Madhya Pradesh until his retirement.
