Shishir Gupta, born on 12 July 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. He is currently the Deputy Commissioner at Shopian, Jammu & Kashmir, a position he has held since 30 January 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Additional Deputy Commissioner in Jammu. Fluent in Hindi, Shishir Gupta continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre.
