Shishir Gemawat, born on 21 February 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Tech. in Bio-Technology from Banaras Hindu University. Currently, he serves as the Additional Commissioner in the Urban Administration and Development department of Madhya Pradesh, a position he has held since 15 September 2025. His previous roles include Assistant Collector and CEO. Shishir has been recognized with the Village Study Programme award. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
