Shishir, born on 12 November 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He is currently serving as the Special Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh at Lucknow, a position he assumed on 21 April 2025. He is also associated with the MSME Department and serves as the CEO of the Khadi and Village Industries Board. Shishir continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh through his various roles within the state government.
