Shirsat Kapil Ashok, born on 06/09/1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering from MPKV, Rahuri, and an M.Sc in N.A. from IARI, Delhi. Currently, he is the Managing Director of the Bihar State Road Development Department, a position he has held since 11/12/2025. His previous roles include Inspector General, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman. He is proficient in English, Marathi, and Hindi. Shirsat Kapil Ashok continues to serve in the IAS with dedication.
