Shirsat Kapil Ashok, born on September 6, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering from MPKV, Rahuri, and an M.Sc from N.A. IARI, Delhi. Currently, he is the Managing Director of the Bihar State Road Development department, a position he has held since December 11, 2025. Proficient in English, Marathi, and Hindi, Shirsat Kapil Ashok continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
